I am working in one Pvt. company as a network support engg.i want know any software available in your side to trace out the network device connected in another location.i have wan ip address(Eg:-I am in ahmedabad office and i want to know baroda office network device i have both wan ip address but i don't know any login permission.

If you simply want to know if a network device is up or down, you can use a simple tool call "Easy Service Monitor" (http://www.javvin.com/easy.html) - this tool only requires you to input the IP adddress or URL - not other credential required. If you want to see the connections of devices in remore offices, you may use a tool call "LANsurveyor" which however requires SNMP login information.
